		<description>yea, I&#039;m with you on resumes, but LinkedIn can be valuable in getting a feel for character. there are plenty of people on LinkedIn that treat it like Facebook friends though! </description>

		<description>i use linkedin, but i&#039;m skeptical of resumes and i&#039;ve had a lot of experience in interviewing folks who aren&#039;t what they say they are.  But for the most part, they must be reputable to connect for me at least.   </description>
